Automate how your business talks to customers.
BotChat brings WhatsApp, Instagram, email and web chat into one inbox, answers routine questions and takes orders automatically, and sends WhatsApp marketing campaigns with delivery and reply rates reported per campaign.
Every channel your customers already use.
WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, email and a web widget all land in one place, with the context that matters attached — who they are, what they've asked before, private notes your team left for each other.
- Assignment and routing — by team, by workload, or claimed manually.
- Labels, private notes and canned responses to keep replies fast and consistent.
- Contact history across every channel a customer has used to reach you.
Build the flow, not the code.
A visual, versioned flow builder right inside the inbox. Drag together messages, buttons, captured answers, conditions and webhooks — including one that can create a real order — then simulate it, publish it, and roll back if it doesn't land right.
- Message, image, video and button blocks, plus captured text, number, date and file answers.
- Conditions, variables and webhooks — SSRF-safe, with one built-in action that places a live order.
- Version history and rollback, with per-flow results so you know what's actually working.
Reach customers, not just answer when they write in.
Segment your contacts by tags, order history or any field you track, and send WhatsApp broadcast campaigns for offers, menu updates or reminders. Every campaign reports its own delivery, read and reply rates, alongside agent and bot performance across the whole inbox.
- Contact segmentation for targeted campaigns, not one message to everyone.
- Delivery, read and reply rates reported per campaign, not one overall number.
- Agent, bot and SLA reports built into BotChat, not a separate analytics tool.
Two ways to run BotChat.
Standalone
Your own team inbox with normal email/password sign-in — for any business, in any sector.
Embedded
Signed in server-to-server from your own product — no second login, framed only where you allow it. It's how it runs inside KitchenGuru today.
Questions support teams ask
What channels does BotChat support?
WhatsApp, Instagram direct messages, email and a web chat widget out of the box, all landing in one inbox with one view of each customer.
Do we need to build our own bot logic?
No. Bot Studio is a visual, no-code flow builder inside the inbox — message, capture, condition, webhook and human-handoff blocks, with a simulator so you can test a flow before it ever talks to a real customer.
Can it use our own AI, or only yours?
Either. BotChat's AI fallback and any order/menu actions are provided by whatever host application it's connected to — it can call your own AI backend rather than a fixed one we choose for you.
Can we run BotChat inside our own product?
Yes. That's how it runs inside KitchenGuru. It signs users in server-to-server through your app's own authentication, with no second login, and only allows itself to be framed by origins you explicitly permit.
Can BotChat send WhatsApp marketing campaigns, or only reply to messages?
Both. Segment your contacts and send broadcast WhatsApp campaigns for offers, menu updates or reminders, with delivery, read and reply rates reported per campaign, in the same inbox that handles incoming conversations.
Does it include reporting, or do we need a separate analytics tool?
Reporting is built in. Agent performance, bot performance, SLA compliance and campaign-level analytics are all part of BotChat, not a separate product.
Is BotChat open source?
It's a fork of Chatwoot, MIT licensed. The inbox, campaigns and reporting are Chatwoot's own open-source features. Single sign-on against DeusCore Auth is a module we wrote ourselves, replacing Chatwoot's paid SAML add-on.
